Meet Our Staff in St. Peters, MO

Heather joined our practice back in January 2018 shortly after her previous doctor had retired, she had served his practice for 16 years, as well as the dental community for over 28 years. She has a passions for dentistry and all that is has to offer. She likes to stay up to date with the most current dental technology and going to continuing education. She is excited to call Dr. Killian's practice her new dental home and is looking forward to helping his patients.

Teresa has been in the Dental field for over 35 years, knowing from the beginning she loved this profession! Her job entails supervising the work of the administrative staff, organizing events and meetings Also handling correspondence and inquiries. She always try to promote happiness and motivation. Striving to be accessible and friendly at all times. Teresa started her Career in the Kansas City area, then moving to St Charles in 1986. She has 3 grown children she is so proud of and a cat she adores!

Donna has been part of our team since February of 1992. She graduated from Riverview Gardens High School in 1981 and attended Bryan institute graduating in 1983. Donna continues her education through the Greater St. Louis Dental Society and Spear Dental Education. She provides assistance to the doctor during patient treatment being involved in many aspects of restorative, endodontics, dental implants, fixed and removable prosthetics. Donna’s best reward is to see treatment progress and transform the patient into a more confident and self-assured individual with their smile restored. Donna and her husband Jim have two boys Sean and Brendan. The family enjoys football, hockey, hunting, trips to Florida and the Lake of the Ozarks. They enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Rachel graduated from St. Charles High School in 2007 and immediately began her training in dental assisting. Eventually, earning Expanded functions certifications in fixed and removable, prosthodontics and restorative 1. She strives to make her patients’ experience as pleasant as possible. Making your comfort and health her highest priority. Although, dentistry is important her, she keeps a healthy work-life balance. Rachel and her husband Patrick have 3 children that keep them very busy. Calvin, Josie and P.J. She enjoys painting, decorating, bird-watching, gardening, and basically anything that allows her outdoors to enjoy God’s creation. 

Mickelle joined our team in July of 2007, as a Certified Dental Assistant. Mickelle always knew she wanted to be in the dental field. During her senior year in high school, she got a chance to receive job training as a dental assistant in three dental different dental office s. After a year of training she decided that dental assisting would become her career. She continued her education and received her Certificate of Dental Assisting. Mickelle now has over 26 years of experience as a CDA and loves that dentistry continues to improve. Her passion is restoring and maintaining patient’s smiles. Her goal is to make her patients feel as if they were family and have an enjoyable experience at every visit. Mickelle lives in O’Fallon with her husband Scott and three children, Amelia, Audrey, and Wesley. She is an active member at Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Charles. Her children attend the Lutheran High School in St. Peters and the grade school in St. Charles.

Sally became part of our team 32 years ago with an extensive background in dental hygiene spanning 44 years. She is a 1974 graduate of Lakeland College in Mattoon, Illinois with a degree in applied science. Licensed initially by the State of Illinois Dental Board, she began her hygiene career in Decatur, and for 8 years practiced in an office specializing in prosthodontics, which allowed her to deliver weekly-individualized care for patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. When her husband was transferred to the Quad Cities, Sally continued her hygiene career in Moline, Illinois. Then, they were transferred to the St. Louis area, and settled. In 1984, Sally was licensed by the Missouri Dental Board in dental hygiene and has completed a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education per year since. One of her strengths is communication with her patients to help each one strives for optimum dental health. She has been married for 39 years and has one son, Kyle. Sally loved the performing arts and was a ballet dancer with several troupes, including Milliken University. She also has a keen eye for fashion and is a jewelry consultant for Stella & Dot in her spare time.

Lisa is originally from the St. Louis area. She is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas Mercy High School, now known as Trinity. Lisa has been in the dental field since 1988. She worked as a receptionist and assistant while going to school. She has been a practicing registered dental Hygienist for 27years. Her dental education includes and associates degree in dental hygiene from Forest Park Community College and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has been board certified in infiltration, and block anesthesia, and a certificate in nitrous oxide sedation She has completed 500+ hours of continuous education. Lisa has known since she was 11 years old that she wanted to be a dental hygienist. She love’s people and dental health is her passion. Lisa’s warm and friendly demeanor makes patients feel right at home and at ease while in her care. Lisa and her husband have four lovely daughters two are in college, on in high school and the youngest in grade school. Lisa and Jeff are now at the point in their lives where they are enjoying more time together again. They enjoy being involved in their church and schools. They also enjoy the water, especially boating on the Mississippi River and various Missouri lakes.

Amanda, one of our hygienists, joined our practice in 2016 She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene Amanda has certification in infiltration, block and nitrous oxide sedation. She also takes numerous continuing education courses to stay up to date in dentistry. She knew from a young age that her passion was dentistry. Helping others achieve that “dream smile” they deserve is her ultimate goal.
